STATE.025.1Scope and Content
Constructed ca. 1815; rehabilitated 1957. Robert Dorrill built a 3-story, stucco single house on this lot acquired in 1815 from French tinsmith P.A. Poincignon. The original second-floor drawing room retains its simple Neoclassical woodwork. (Poston, Buildings of Charleston.)
