Three-story apartment house constructed ca. 1931, of frame construction set on a low brick foundation. Symmetrical design, with massive appearance lightened with shallow projections at the center bays on both side and rear elevation. Main roof is hopped, with gabled projections at all four sides.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); annual inspection reports; request for alteration.
