Constructed ca. 1773. A masonry Charleston single house, with a two-tier piazza along the west elevation. Built on part of the original Lot #60 of the Grand Modell.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); easement appraisal report and IRS form 8283; historical/chain-of-title research information (Sarah Fick, 2006); house history from City of Charleston Tour Guide Training Manual; FOHG house history (2017); photocopies of photos of before and after garage demolition submitted in support of BAR application.
Files may eventually contain additional documentation such as annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; correspondence related to the management of the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the sale of the property; historical research; etc.
The only photographs on file are negatives and a contact sheet dated 1/10/2006.
