SAME AS 2000.3.33 Flight, Barr and Barr (1803-1840) Bowl Worcester, England c. 1813 Stamped on underside: Flight, Barr and Barr The English ceramics firm Flight Barr & Barr made lavishly decorated tableware for its distinguished patrons. This bowl, with its Japanese-style Imari pattern, is one piece of a large dinnerware set owned by Thomas Lowndes (1766–1843), father of Harriet Lowndes Aiken (1812–1892). It descended in the Aiken-Rhett family.
