Set back from the street edge, this masonry Craftsman style house was constructed ca. 1915 by the Chinquola Realty Company, replacing a two-story masonry Charleston single house that had been on the property since at least the mid-19th century.
File contains FOHG house history (2019); FOHG garden history (2007); chain-of-title and associated research notes and materials including maps; architectural drawings (existing elevations and site plan, and photographs of three elevations (undated).
