Constructed ca. 1882. This side-hall frame house was built in the popular Queen Anne Style. A. Markley Lee, a prominent attorney in practice with Augustine T. Smythe on Broad Street, lived there.
Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence and Confirmation of Understanding; Part I certification (National Register); annual inspection reports; FOHG house histories (2007, 2009); chain-of-title research information (1884-2006); house history from Buildings of Charleston (132-136 Tradd Street).
