Report on a structure located on Hampton Park property, consisting of four parts: historical narrative, conditions assessment, as-is documentation, and probably cost estimate. The evidence supports the concept that the structure was part of the collection of buildings on display at the Midway during the 1901-1902 SC Interstate and West Indian Exposition, referred to as The Colonial Farm House (and also the Wayside Inn and the New England Inn), and also possibly built upon the remains of another structure that may date to the early 19th/late 18th century.
