Constructed 1850s. Dr. Simon Fogerty built the first house on Trapman Street, a 2½ story closed-gable single house, in the 1850s. Much of the early detailing of the house survives, including the front pediment, the two-tiered Tuscan piazza, and the slate roof with the three projecting dormers. The principal door on each floor of the south elevation feature rectilinear, Greek Revival architraves with surmounting transoms and side lights.
