UNITY.004.1Scope and Content
The building at 4 Unity Alley appears to be a relatively unaltered ca. 1860 warehouse. The original south window and door frames survive on the facade. Built as a freestanding structure and both stories have been left unfinished inside.
File contains correspondence between HCF, architectural historians, architects, and the City, and other documentation related to proposed alterations (1995-1998); flyer for A Bed and Breakfast at 4 Unity Alley; graduate student report on the history of the building which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation (Rachel Freels, 2015).
