Constructed late 1800s. Wood-framed, two-story structure. One of two structures on the site, a large commercial structure on the corner (114 St. Philip) and this residential structure. (Source: Stabilization Plan, Stephen Caskie, 1999).
No additional house history on file. Needs further research.
Files contain documentation of the easement on the property; letter stating fair market value (2001); requests for alterations and correspondence related to the management of the property, including enforcement of the easement and stabilization plans (with photographs).
