Constructed ca. 1894 on land originally purchased by Henry Oliver, situated on the back portion of the premises of 60 and 62 Rutledge. Partitioned into three lots and sold in 1891 -- one lot to E.T. Edwards and another to Benjamin R. DeCosta.
File contains graduate student report (Kelly Herrick, 2012) on the history of the houses, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
