3 Oliver's Court is a Charleston single house with a central chimney, single-story piazza, and rear addition. Date of construction unknown but appears on 1872 Birds Eye View. The original structure at 2 Oliver's Court does not appear on Sanborn Maps until 1902, a two-story wooden dwelling with a two-story west-facing piazza. It was demolished in 1961 and replaced with a new structure in 1962, also a Charleston single house in the style of the original house.
File contains graduate student report (Brittany McKee, 2012) on the history of the houses, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
