Scope and Content

Constructed 1850; rehabilitated 1964. In 1850 John Henery built this small single house with simple gable and oversized second-story windows, away from the street, affording a front garden. Two files contain legal documentation of the covenant on the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the sale and management of the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; brief historical research notes (Stoney, 1963); photocopy of architectural drawing of proposed renovation to front elevation (undated, unattributed); photocopies of Sanborn Maps (1884, 1888, 1902, 1944, 1951); photocopy of HCF easement information card (TMS number, year of construction, significant resident(s), deed research, deed restrictions, measurements, and tax information).
