Constructed 1856; rehabilitated 1964. In 1856 Charles W. Seignious built this brick dwelling set at the street line, with elaborate brick detailing in its belt course and a closed, pilastered gable with a tripartite window.
Two files contain legal documentation of the covenant on the property; correspondence and other documentation related to the sale and management of the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; documentation related to HCF's purchase of the property; historical/chain-of-title research; FOHG house histories ("old," 1973, 1985, 2010 draft); brief historical background (Stoney, 1963); scant historical documentation related to Charles W. Seignious; Rosen and Associates inspection report (1993); copy of HCF easement information card (TMS number, year of construction, significant resident(s), deed research, deed restrictions, measurements, and tax information).
