Scope and Content

Constructed ca. 1841. One unit of six surviving brick tenements built by Edward Winslow. Two files contain correspondence and other documentation related to the sale and management of the property; documentation related to HCF's purchase of the property; documentation related to HCF's rehabilitation of the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; historical/chain-of-title research (Louis Green 1970); FOHG house history (2000); FOHG garden history (2002); house history from Tour Guide Training Manual (2011); photocopy of magazine photo of doorway to The Family Agency / Associated Charities; copy of HCF easement information card (TMS number, year of construction, significant resident(s), deed research, deed restrictions, measurements, and tax information). No original covenant documentation in file, only a photocopy of generic Ansonborough Restrictive Covenants language. See Covenant/Easement Inspection Photo Files for inspection photography.
