File contains graduate student report (Sarah Sanders, 2013) on the history of the building/property, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation; 20th c. occupancy history from Old Codgers' Charleston Address Book; 1886 Earthquake Damage Assessment.
