Turtletaub & Co., Charleston Barber and Beauty Supply Company, and Margiotta's Sewing Machine Store and Baby Shop. (Source: Old Codgers Charleston Address Book.) No additional building history on file. Needs further research. File contains newspaper article about its restoration.
