Scope and Content

Frame 2½ story single house constructed late 19th century on property that originally contained 2 Atlantic Street and 2½ Atlantic Street, which was conveyed to Henry G. Street in 1875 from his brothers Thaddeus and Timothy Street. No additional narrative history or architectural description on file. Needs further research. Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property including related correspondence; Part I certification (National Register); historical and title research including chain-of-title, SC Architectural Inventory, 1861 Census excerpts, newspaper articles/notices, maps, and plats (Ina Bootle, 2018).
