Constructed in the 1950s, 59 East Bay Street is a mid-century dwelling that incorporated historic architectural features. It is a 2-story brick structure, 3 bays wide and 4 bays deep, with a hipped roof with a central chimney and a central second-story doorway which opens onto a projecting balcony.
