Constructed ca. 1817. This dwelling, known as the "Pink House," is the only surviving building on Alexander Street that was built when the street was known as Middle Street. It is a brick building that has been clay-tiled and stuccoed a bright pink color. The Pink House borders the Gadsden House at 329 East Bay Street and originally served as its servants quarters. It is currently being rehabilitated.
