Title of drawing: [Plat of Millbrook Tract] Date of drawing: Aug. 19, 1957 Name of creator: J.P. Gaillard Shows the several (11) areas owned...by J. Ross Hanahan...[lying] within the lines of the Millbrook Tract but have not been included in the "Millbrook Acreage." Consolidates into a single unit all of the lots within the Tract which will now contain a total of 5,342 acres. Includes land belonging to Fisher, Brantley, Stelling, Hawshaw, Williams, Prioleau, Bryan, Miller, and E.B. Platt, and "tax lots." Compiled from numerous deeds and maps. Recorded at Charleston RMC, Book L, Page 62, on Aug. 26, 1957.
