Three files contain documentation of the easement on the property and related correspondence (Conservation Easement [Residential Open Space], Confirmation of Understanding, plats showing property before and after subdivision, IRS form 8283); documentation of the sale of Lot 5; correspondence related to the management of the property; Memorandum of Agreement between SHPO, OCRM, and property owners (1998); National Register of Historic Places Inventory Nomination form (Secessionville Historic District); documentation of a proposed pier at a nearby property at 1651 Fort Lamar Road (HCF opposed).
Files will eventually contain additional documentation such as annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; documentation of the sale of the property; historical research; etc.
