Constructed ca. 1918, 32½ Chapel was originally part of a larger plot of land that belonged to the Vanderhorst family. The property was purchased in 1918 by Annie Dobson who likely built the house soon after. (HCF research notes, 2018.) File contains research notes for the 2018 Festival of Houses and Gardens (HCF staff) including Charleston County property record documentation, chain-of-title, and various maps. No image on file.
