Scrapbook assembled by Henry and/or Juliette Staats containing newspaper and magazine articles; property research; correspondence; photographs of the garden and the 1950 repairs; and HCF Festival of Homes brochures and tour information (1948-1950, 1956, 1959-1962, 1973). The original photographs have been removed, cataloged separately, and filed in photo cabinets for easier access; copies have been inserted in place in the scrapbook. The existence of subsequent volumes, if any, is unknown.
