Sheet 1: Site Plan for the area bounded by Market Street on the north and Meeting Street on the east showing the retail space [of a new building] at the northwest corner and also the "restored Madren Building with portico." Also shows the locations of First Citizen's Bank and the City Market across the street to the east.
Sheet 2: "Floor Plan 3 and 4" showing the floor plan for the "restored Madren Building with portico office space" and also the "office space" of the new building at the corner of Meeting and Market.
Sheet 3: East and West elevations. Meeting Street elevation shows the Madren Building along with the retail building to its north and the Meeting Street Inn to its south. West elevation shows the rear.
