Poster created by Historic Charleston Foundation incorporating illustrations from Edward Crisp's 1711 "Compleat Description of the Province of Carolina" and the 1762 print, "An Exact Prospect of Charles Town, the Metropolis of the Province of South Carolina." Shows the outline of the fortifications surrounding the city, a/k/a "The Walled City," bastions, and noteworthy landmarks within the walls.
