Three-story wood frame house with a masonry raised basement constructed ca. 1800 by the Ingraham family. The Forrest family resided there from 1850 until the early 20th century. (Butler, 2019.) File contains historical research report (Butler, 2019); Sanborn Maps (1888, 1902, 1944, 1951, 1955); 1886 Earthquake damage assessment; Hurricane Hugo damage survey; entry from The Old Codgers' Charleston Address Book (20th century residents).
