Scope and Content

Two and one-half story brick single house with a large front yard set back from the street. Built by Christopher Columbus Trumbo in 1849 and quickly sold it to Captain Samuel Bell, a harbor pilot. (Pemberton research, 2020). File contains house history and associated research materials (chain-of-title,research notes, maps, City property records) (Pemberton, 2020). No photographs on file.
