Scope and Content

An earlier house on this lot was a one-story wooden house with a curved front parapet. It was replaced after the 1886 Earthquake with the current two-story wood Charleston single house. An addition and hyphen were added in the early 20th century. (Pemberton research, 2020). File contains house history and associated research materials (chain-of-title,maps, City property records) (Pemberton, 2020); FOHG house history (2004).
