Twenty drawings of the Pringle House, a/k/a Miles Brewton House, 27 King Street. "The Colonial House of Miles Brewton, with Some Account of its Owners" by D.E. Huger Smith precedes the drawings. Drawings include: Pringle House, King Street; south flight of front steps; door under portico; front door from portico on hall; lower hall looking towards front door; staircase and upper hall with door into drawing room; southwest corner of drawing room; detail in northeast room, first floor; garden front; southwest arches; northwest arch looking towards kitchen courtyard; steps into kitchen courtyard; steps into kitchen courtyard from the garden; servants' quarters from the garden; servants' quarters from the kitchen courtyard; kitchen and carriage house with ruined arches of the pigeon house; carriage gate from courtyard; carriage gate from street; carriage house from street; roof of carriage house from portico.
