Silver Cann or Tankard, Peter Mood, Sr. maker, Charleston, SC, circa 1790-1800. Stamped with PM on interior of base. Half-pint size.
Straight-sided cann with singular scrolled handle on side. Bands at top and bottom of cann - each with four rings of varying widths. Interior seam is evident along side of cann, same position as handle attachment on exterior. Handle has applied decorative leaf at top.Collection
