Sideboard, Sheraton style, mahogany, New York?, c.1810.
Mahogany sideboard with four front and two rear squat turned and reeded legs with bulb feet and brass casters. Three sections, the central projecting section with baise lined top drawer with two oval and brass pulls below which are two veneered doors with cockbeading and a brass key surround- below an arched apron of veneer. Each side with cockbeaded drawer and oval brass (hardware?). Below drawers are veneered doors with modern keyholes, each opening to reveal cupboard space with shelf. Serving shelves under each side of top with two brass pulls each.Collection
