Collected by: Henry William deSaussure, MD This table served as a library & center table for Dr. deSaussure for decades in his offices and surgery at 95 Ashley Avenue on the ground floor, an historic home from the 1840s-1850s. It later served for four decades as the hall center table at his and his daughter's home at 45 Legare Street.
