Scan of a photograph of Rebeccah Ward Sims and her twin brother, Isaac "Rippie" Ward, standing across the street from 84 Rutledge Avenue (right) and 86 Rutledge Avenue (left). 86 Rutledge is located at the corner of Rutledge and Montagu. Photograph was taken some time between the 1920s and 1944. Both houses were torn down for the construction of a one-story office building. ed at the northeast corner of Rutledge Avenue and Sumter Street.
