Description

Federal molding casing with rope carving detail moving in opposite directions at each end and meeting in a V at the center of the object. Item is painted a blue-green. A majority of the paint is preserved with some chipping seen throughout, exposing either wood substrate or a tan-colored paint or primer. See also Object ID# 2009.008.514. Exhibit location (as of summer 2017): Cigar Factory, CDCC, situated on the east wall of the MSHP Second Year Studio hallway.
