Large carved wooden pilaster capital with Ionic scrolls on either end and an egg-and-dart motif in the center.
Largely stripped of paint but has some areas of whitish paint or primer which survives. The left edge is chopped exposing unfinished wood substrate.
One capital from a set of two. Second pair cataloged as 2009.008.0539b (on loan to ACBA).
Exhibit location (as of summer 2017): Cigar Factory, CDCC, situated on the west side of the MSHP rear hall adjacent to Conservation Lab.Collection
