One of a series of work papers focused on the future of downtown Charleston. Provides a summary of the consultants' recommendations to the City and Downtown Revitalization Commission. The Gateway District differs from the other districts in this series in that it offers a greater amount of development potential, is less commercial/shopping oriented, and has already been subject to significant redevelopment.
