While "Sommerville, S.C., Mrs. Woodruff's" is handwritten on back, HCF staff agree that it isn't a house in Summerville. Building was identified by Kevin Eberle as 24 Ann Street (Tupper House) but other photos of the ground entry of the house do not match.
