Full title: Lowndes Grove Plantation: Preliminary Lot Concept Handwritten title on back of plat: Lowndes Grove Subdivision Plan Date of drawing: Undated, but presumably drawn in 1989 as part of the Craven's application to construct docking facilities on the Ashley River. (See LOLT Management/Stewardship file.) Name of creator(s): HLA (Hoffman Lester Associates) Shows proposed dock and vegetated buffer/fence area. Includes handwritten note by surveyor or architect providing City of Charleston zoning requirements. Surveyor or architect also notes that the existing drive can be modified to provide secondary access to all lots and that "easements would be required." Post-it Note that had been affixed to the back of the plat (now removed) said: "Easement donated to LOLT prevented this."
