Description

Waterman 1.5 h.p. outboard boat engine, labeled C14 and W4. Waterman motors were made in Detroit, MI until the company was purchased in 1917. "The Shebler" carburetor was used on a variety of marine motors and this one was made in Indianapolis, IN. Likely made between 1906 and 1912. Attached note is difficult to read: "Charles Raymond...motor launch...No. 8...Evinrude bought out..."
