Description

Kerosene railroad lantern with a metal frame, which consists of a cylindrical base, a circular, metal bar attached to the base by six smaller bars, and six upward-facing bars that enclose the chimney. The upper bars have a ring through the center and at the top. The glass chimney rests inside of the cylindrical base and has an inscription. The top of the lantern is cylindrical shape with a disc-shaped bottom that covers the chimney. The top has circular vents along the side. A large, looped handle is attached to the frame just below the top of the lantern.
