Lantern

Description

Metal oil lamp, painted black. The lamp has a rectangular bowl as a base and a cylindrical neck extending from the center. There is a small, looped finger handle on the back of the lamp near the top of the neck. The top of the lamp has a long, horizontal canister that tapers to an edge at the bottom. There are two horizontal slots on the top and the left side has a fabric wick sticking out of it. The front of the top portion has an inscription.
