Metal railroad lantern. The base of the lantern is cylindrical and has circular vents around the middle. The base has a burner in the center, which consists of a key-shaped knob on the side and a somewhat cube-shaped emitter in the center. The burner is surrounded by a somewhat spherical glass chimney and the entire base and chimney are enclosed by a wire frame. The frame consists of six vertical bars and two horizontal rings, one around the chimney and one at the bottom for support. There is a disc-shaped cap at the top of the chimney and a cylindrical top to the lantern. The top has circular vents near the top edge and inscriptions on the top. A looped metal handle is attached to the sides of the frame.Inscription/Signature/Marks
