Coffee mill with dovetailed wooden box and round screw cap opening. No external hopper. The handle is embossed and the crank on top of box has a wooden knob. There is a drawer with a small knob on the front to catch grounds, and a metal handle on side of the box for stability while grinding. No door access, just screw top and drawers.
Manufactured by the Sun Mfg. Co. Greenfield, OH. Model 1080. A large label was typically above the drawer, but it is missing.
The Sun Manufacturing Company, moved from Greenfield to Columbus, OH in 1904. They were in business making showcases, cash drawers coffee mills, lawn and camp furniture.Acquisition
