Metal oil-burning lantern consisting of a base (A) and a burner (B). A: The lantern has a cylindrical body with a large, curved-edge rectangular handle on one side. The shape of the body tapers inward slightly towards the top. There are two beveled rings around the body of the lantern. The top of the lantern has a collar to which the burner attaches. B: The oil burner is made of brassc-olored metal and consists of a round knob, a ring with four arrow-shaped prongs to hold up a lamp chimney, and a bell-shaped emitter that opens via hinge.
