Victorian era motto sampler. "Forget me not" embroidered in red and green, with red flowers and green vines embroidered around it. Appears to have some water damage. The frame is a brown/green/black pattern.
Perforated paper needlework was popular from 1860-1900. The paper came stamped with the design so someone could just follow the template.
