Name plate from old Hastings City Hall. Removed when the building was torn down.
Story from donor is that he and his dad were driving past the building when it was being torn down. Dad paid the wrecker $20 to not destroy it and helped get it out. Donor had it in his fireplace for many years, then when he moved he took it with him.
