Floral quilt. Hand pieced and quilted, this textile features sixteen squares filled with four red and yellow cross pattern tulips. The blocks are surrounded by green sawtooth frames and a green sawtooth border. Quilted at seven stitches per inch, the maker chose to quilt along the edges of the applique and sashing pieces. The back of the quilt includes a cloth tag with the letter "M" in a cursive red font.Context
