This small volume is an address delivered by Samuel Pennypacker before a German social organization on April 27, 1893 regrading the Germans in Pennsylvania. A handwritten notation found Inside the Front Cover indicates this pamphlet was a gift to The Germantown Historical Society by Charles F. Jenkins in September, 1912.
