Ax a. Gray steel axe head, with hammer on one side, blade on the other. V-cut in head for removing nails. b. Medium brown leather cover with snap, made by the donor. Made in Germantown, Philadelphia, PA by the Griffith Tool Works, 1918. Stamped "Germantown" on the head.
